En DAPIN (Design and Projects International C.A.) we reaffirm our commitment to excellence, sustainability and continuous improvement. This month we reached two important milestones:

• La recertification of our Quality Management System (QMS) under the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
• La initial certification of our Environmental Management System (EMS) under the ISO 14001:2015 standard.

Both systems now form an Integrated Management System (IMS) that will allow DAPIN to operate to high quality standards and with a proactive approach to preventing environmental impacts.

What is DAPIN’s Integrated Management System (IMS)?

The IMS combines quality control and environmental responsibility in a single structure, ensuring that all our activities are aligned with the principles of efficiency, sustainability and regulatory compliance.

This system covers:

• Systematic internal audits.
• Document and record management.
• Definition of business objectives and performance monitoring.
• Assessment of the organizational context.

Environmental focus and sustainability

Over the past year, DAPIN has developed its Environmental Management System through a detailed analysis of its operations from an environmental perspective. This process included:

• Assignment of environmental responsibilities by work area.
• Creation of a corporate environmental policy.
• Assessment of environmental aspects and impacts.
• Identification of applicable environmental legal requirements.
• Establishment of measurable environmental objectives and targets.

   

Development of environmental emergency plans to respond to potential risks.

Implementation and management of the IMS

La implementation of the IMS has involved:
