In 2023, DAPIN IBERIA, S.A. made a decision that marked a turning point in its internal culture: creating the Care People Program, an initiative originally conceived to provide psychological support to employees going through their relocation process from Venezuela to Spain.

We knew that moving to a new country is not merely a geographical change. It involves emotions, cultural adaptation, new environments, personal and professional adjustments, and even silent challenges that are not always visible but are certainly felt. That’s why we decided to offer a safe, professional and confidential space where each person could receive guidance and support during this transition.

Care People was born out of empathy, but grew out of conviction.

Over time, the program’s impact confirmed that emotional wellbeing is not a one-off need, but an essential element of organizational life at DAPIN IBERIA, S.A. What began as targeted support naturally evolved into an open initiative accessible to all employees, becoming part of the company’s people care and development strategy.

This evolution reflects a clear vision: people are at the center of our organization. When they feel supported, heard and backed, they strengthen their confidence, their commitment and their ability to add value sustainably.

As part of its consolidation, the program introduced monthly newsletters, designed to maintain a close, constant communication channel. These publications have covered topics related to emotional wellbeing, change management, work-life balance, motivation and individual development. To date, 23 consecutive editions have been published, demonstrating continuity, discipline and a real commitment to a culture of prevention and support.

The Care People Program is not just an advisory service; it is a tangible expression of how we understand business management.
